Step 5
This is the final step where the project is being prepared for analysis and interpretation then the Wizard closes. It also offers the possibility to open the advanced editor window where parameters can be further refined: for instance, multiple observation wells can be added to a slug test project, complex boundary conditions or partial penetration can be set-up.
Upon pressing the "Ready" button, ANSDIMAT automatically check the input data for error. When all entries are correct, ANSDIMAT proceeds with data analysis and interpretation.
If the data includes variable pumping rates, ANSDIMAT automatically discretizes them into time steps. These time steps can be reviewed and amended later during the analysis and interpretation stages.
Example of the fifth window of Wizard
The Wizard assists in data preparation for most commonly encountered hydrodynamic conditions. All the information entered is automatically saved in the extended Editor. The option "Go to advanced editor" offers more possibilities to refine further the project parameters.
